- With Riders and Drivers: We share certain information between riders and drivers to facilitate rides, such as first name, profile picture, pickup and drop-off locations, and contact information.
- With Service Providers: We share information with vendors, consultants, and other service providers who need access to such information to carry out work on our behalf, such as payment processors and cloud service providers.
- For Legal Reasons: We may disclose information if we believe that disclosure is necessary to comply with any applicable law, regulation, legal process, or governmental request, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of HopNGo, our users, or others.
